The staff at Crossroads’ is highly trained, experienced, and educated to serve clients and bring about a positive change in their lives. The leadership staff comprises of executives and directors who lead various treatment programs at Crossroads’ Inc. The Administrative staff includes personnel of the Admissions Office, Coordinators, and other individuals who overlook the day-to-day functioning of the campus. Then comes the Medical Team which comprises Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Therapists, Clinicians, Case Managers, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors (LADACs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Registered Nurse Practitioners (RNP). The support staff comprises of the in-house chefs, kitchen staff, maintenance staff, and other individuals who provide support services at the campuses.
