Northern Mariana Islands Ambien Addiction

Most people have gone through a few sleepless nights in their lives. For those who are diagnosed with insomnia or have trouble falling asleep, a variety of prescribed medications are available. Ambien is one of the most popular medications for sleeplessness. As a sedative-hypnotic medication, it is only meant for occasional use. However, Ambien can be quite addictive since it has a powerful effect on the user.

Ambien works quickly: Zolpidem is the pharmaceutical name for Ambien. Usually, a 30-day prescription is given to a patient with the goal of using Ambien to reset the sleep cycle. Ambien induces sleep within 15 minutes of its administration. However, if Ambien is taken consistently, it can lead to an addiction problem. The dosage prescribed by doctors is 10mg. People who abuse Ambien may end up taking twice the recommended amount in one night. The effects of Ambien are multiplied if it is taken with alcohol or other drugs. Some users might take Ambien recreationally in order to get euphoric feelings by staying awake.

Ambien manufacturer, Sanofi-Aventis, maintains that Ambien is supposed to be swallowed whole. It acts fast and is therefore usually administered right before bed to prevent feeling sleepy in the daytime. Snorting Ambien increases the speed at which it acts and causes drowsiness, heart and respiratory problems, and affects motor functions.

Are you experiencing financial problems? If you are going to take more than the prescribed dosage, then you may be involved in purchasing Ambien illegally which costs a great deal of money. In total, how much are you spending on Ambien and is your addiction cutting into your savings? Do you have many unpaid bills?

Getting Help: Help for Ambien addiction can be found in the following ways:

  • Inpatient rehab – Living at the facility for a few days until you recover
  • Outpatient program – Attending counseling sessions during the day
  • Holistic rehabilitation program – Programs that use a natural approach to recovery
  • Support groups – Regularly going for group meetings can help the cause

Although its highest level is outpatient care, clients in outpatient treatment can find support for medication management and psychiatric services. Treatment modalities used during treatment is not based on 12-step modalities but focused on the complete wellness of each individual. Although programs are not based on 12-step, it is not anti-12-step. The facility methodology focuses on individual therapy instead of group therapy as other behavioral facilities. On admission, clients are evaluated and given 12-step meeting information and they can choose to go and participate or not, as it is not compulsory.Sweetser CurriculumThe facility gives patients a psychoeducational curriculum; this curriculum is packed full of topics, which will help clients learn about the cycle of addiction and its effects. Port Of Hope Treatment Center Nampa

508 East Florida Ave, Nampa, ID, 83686
Overview

Port Of Hope Treatment Center is a non-profit organization that has been founded to deliver quality care to all patients who are going through a dark and tough time with chemical dependence and alcohol addiction. The center was established with the idea to provide patients access to affordable care that can help them recovery successfully, instead of aiming to obtain as much profit from the patient as possible. This gives the Port Of Hope Treatment Center a definite advantage of some alternative options, as all professionals that are involved at the center is dedicated to ensuring that each patient is treated with the best care that they can possibly offer them.

Types Of Treatment Provided

Even though Port Of Hope Treatment Center has a website that provides extensive details on the services they provide, along with an overview of their history and the mission they strive toward, the website does not provide an overview of the staff members that are part of the treatment center. There are many patients who feel more comfortable when they can get a better understanding of the professionals who will be providing them with support and care during their stay at a facility like the Port Of Hope Treatment Center. Fortunately, it does seem like the non-profit organization is geared toward the satisfaction and sobriety of each patient, which means individuals who might be interested in undergoing treatment at the facility should pay them a visit to learn more about the professional staff members involved in providing counseling, psychiatry, and other services provided by the center.

They offer a number of programs that ultimately help their patients become drug-free and to promote healthier living, while also encouraging the patients to take on a career that will drive them and keep them motivated. One unique aspect about DACCO is that the medical staff and directors believe family stability is an important element in any patient’s road to becoming drug-free, which is why they encourage family members to visit and interact with the patient while admitted to one of the care facilities.

Types Of Treatment Provided

DACCO has a variety of programs to ensure the patient gains the right type of therapy and other treatments. Patients are screened before treatment to determine their risk and the severity of their addiction. This allows the medical staff at DACCO to know if the patient requires outpatient services, or should rather be signed up for an inpatient treatment program. Even though different programs are available, each patient is individually analyzed, and a specific treatment plan is provided to them that best suits their scenario. The patient may be admitted to one of the residential treatment facilities that the company has made available, or rather be signed up for an outpatient program – which would require the patient to report back for therapy and group sessions, along with other possible treatments, on a regular basis. Programs offered by DACCO are individually designed for men and women. Children are also provided with unique programs that offer them intervention services, along with educational resources that encourage them to stay away from drugs. The institute also offers a range of clinical services, including:Psychiatric services | Smoking cessation programs | Acupuncture | Case management services | Continuing care services | Review of onion treatments | Urine drug tests | Group therapy sessions | Family education, along with parenting skills and support groups | Education seminars about chemical dependencyApart from treating patients with existing substance abuse problems, DACCO has also established prevention services that help to keep people clean and off drugs. Sober Solutions

1159-A Boston Turnpike, Bolton, CT, 06043
Overview

Sober Solutions is a relatively large organization that focuses on providing patients in the local regions access to affordable accommodation in sober living homes. These homes have been designed to ensure patients are not exposed to drugs and alcohol while they are in recovery. Patients need to be motivated to recover from their existing addictions in order to qualify for placement into one of the buildings that Sober Solutions own. The primary purpose of these homes is to take patients who are in an early recovery phase and put them into an environment where they will receive the support that they need to stay motivated on their journey toward sobriety.

Types Of Treatment Provided

No specific treatment programs are offered to patients who decide to utilize the sober living homes offered to them by Sober Solutions. The company has not been registered to treat patients through specific procedures for the addictions that they might be suffering from. Clients will need to work during their stay, and they will be provided access to either one of two options, depending on their age:Attendance of an Intensive Outpatient Program for adult patients | Attendance of school for adolescent patients

Methods of Addiction Treatment

No specific types of therapeutic solutions are offered by Sober Solutions directly, but they do offer patients access to an Intensive Outpatient Program, along with group meetings. These programs primarily take advantage of the 12-step recovery system to help the patients who come to the facility to recover from their addictions and live a sober life.

Amenities

Even though Sober Solutions are an affordable way for patients to recover in a sober living environment, the company still goes the extra mile to help patients who reside in one of their facilities feel more at home and comfortable during their stay. The facility allows each patient to park a single vehicle that is legally registered and appropriately insured on their property. There are also fully fitted kitchens within each of the buildings. Patients need to buy their own groceries and have to pay an additional $6 per week, which is considered a “house supply fee”. Laundry facilities are also provided to the patients who stay at Sober Solutions, along with cable TV and access to wireless internet facilities.

Payment Type Accepted

Patients are responsible for paying an initial admissions fee before they will be provided access to the sober living programs that Sober Solutions are able to offer them. The admissions fee is $250, which is usually payable when the patient comes to the organization for placement into one of their sober living homes. In addition to paying an admissions fee prior to the utilization of the facility’s accommodation features, the patient will also need to pay a monthly rental fee in order to continue staying at Sober Solutions and to ensure they can continue to be exposed to a sober living environment. The average monthly fee charged to patients is $612. Patients might be able to apply for special rates if their circumstances do not allow them to afford to pay for their own monthly rent.

Staff

The information provided on the official website that represents the Sober Solutions organization is quite limited, and there are no mentions of any staff members that are involved within the facility. Patients should, however, note that the center is not approved to provide actual treatment solutions to their patients; thus there might not be any licensed or qualified therapist to offer the patients assistance in the recovery of their addictions or any co-occurring disorders that they might be suffering from. The company does offer peer support programs, and there might be a number of staff members active at the buildings owned by Sober Solutions to provide the patient with support during their time at the facility. Patients who are interested in knowing more about how the facility operates in terms of staff members and the possibility of undergoing therapy while residing in one of their sober living buildings should contact them directly.

Licence(s)

There is no information provided regarding any type of licenses that the local departments of the Connecticut state have issued Sober Solutions. It also does not seem like their services have been reviewed or accredited by national bodies within the United States, such as the popular Joint Commission. For many patients, this might be an inconvenience, but it is still important to take into account the fact that the company does not focus on providing patients access to highly specialized treatment services, but rather offer the patients access to a sober living environment.
