We will NOT use, sell, share, or transfer any information about your submission (the “Idea”), to us or its contents, with anyone, except for:
- Members of our internal support and customer service staff;
- Trusted Rehab facilities, Affiliate Networks or vendors that may work on your addiction treatment concern; and
- The United States Patent & Trademark Office (the “USPTO”) upon your authorization of patent application filing.
We mandate that every member of our internal staff, whether employee or independent contractor, assent to confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements that prohibit them from disclosing your Idea.
We also enter into confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with any Rehab facilities or networks who may work on your issue/concern that prohibit them from disclosures. We will take commercially reasonable steps to enforce such non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements if and when we become aware of any violations.
As a general practice, the USPTO does NOT disclose your Idea (when submitted for a Provisional Patent) or its contents with any third party or with the general public. However, we are not affiliated with the USPTO and have no control over their procedures, computer systems, employees, or independent contractors. Therefore, we are not responsible and assume no liability for any disclosures of your Idea made by the USPTO, whether through errors, omissions, or their intentional or unintentional acts.
We will use commercially reasonable steps, to the best of our abilities, to make sure that your Idea is kept confidential. This applies when you register through the Website, submit your idea through, manage your Idea and your portfolio through the Portfolio Manager, or communicate with us via telephone, fax, email, text message, FTP server, or other similar means.
We collect personal and non-personal information when you provide it to us in the course of comprises our Website and its Services.
